$725,000 Judgment Against University of Pittsburgh Physicians in Carpal Tunnel Case

We obtained a jury verdict of $669,000 in a malpractice case against University of Pittsburgh Physicians as a result of a permanent nerve injury caused by Dr. Peter Jannetta when he performed a carpal tunnel release surgery on our client.  Interest was added to the verdict and judgement that was paid was $725,000.
