Settlement in Case Where Baby Suffered Brain Injury During Delivery

We settled a case against obstetricians in Uniontown PA for a little boy who suffered brain damage because when the doctors did a proceedure called an external cephalic his heart rate went down. Despite his decreased heart rate the doctors did the proceedure three more times.  Finally, the doctors did a cesearian section but by that time the baby had suffered brain damage.  We obtained a money settlement to make sure that little boy gets the care he needs.
